At Japjas Retail Pvt. Ltd., your happiness matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.
🔄 Easy Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. We’ll send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 4–5 working days.
⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t reflected yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank (sometimes it takes extra time to post).

🏷 Sale Items
Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, write to us at 📧 info@japjaskart.in. Approved exchanges are processed within 4–5 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Order
At Japjas Retail Pvt. Ltd., we completely understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and quick order cancellation process.
🕒 Cancellation Window
Orders placed on www.japjaskart.in can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be packed or shipped.
💰 Cancellation Charges
A small cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted. If your order has already been dispatched, applicable shipping charges will also be deducted.
📩 How to Cancel Your Order
Simply email us at 📧 info@japjaskart.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our customer care team will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund process within a few working days
